Initial Phone Consult
During your free phone call we will discuss your symptoms and health history to determine if you may be a good candidate to pursue lab testing.
Lab Testing
Extensive lab work is completed at Labcorp at your convenience. There are Labcorp locations in Wasilla, Anchorage, and Fairbanks. Labs can be done by appointment or by walking in. Testing will include free & total testosterone, hormones related to testosterone production, a complete blood count, vitamin D level, prostate specific antigen, cholesterol panel, electrolyte levels, and assessments of the function of your thyroid, kidneys, and liver.
Initial Visit
Once we have your lab results, we will spend about an hour reviewing all of your tests, discussing your health history, and reviewing your goals to ensure we develop a plan to fully optimize your health and performance. We prefer to do this visit in person but it can be done virtually.
Follow up Visits
We will be checking in with you every month to monitor your symptoms and progression towards your goals. These visits are generally done electronically. Your membership allows you to reach out any time you have questions or concerns and receive prompt attention.
Laboratory monitoring
Lab testing is generally completed after 3 months on therapy and then every 6 months thereafter at the discretion of the provider.
